An intensive highly alkaline detergent for the automated washing of dishes.

Application

  • For the cleaning of dishes / eating utensils, glasses, cutlery, trays and working utensils in professional dishwashers in all food processing areas such as professional kitchens, butcher shops and bakeries.
  • Suitable for porcelain, stainless steel and all alkali compatible synthetic materials
  • Not suitable for aluminium, anodized aluminium and light metal alloys.
